Policies & FAQ's
Booking Policy -
We want booking a reservation with us to be as easy as possible, thats why we offer online booking through our website, our social media "Book Now" tabs and through the vagaro app. You can also reach us Tuesday - Saturday by phone at 709-552-1092. We require a credit card # upon booking. This will not charge your card upon booking, only in the case of a late cancel or no show.
Return Policy -
Due to the nature of our products, all personal care products are final sale. Gift cards are final sale. They can be redeemed for services or product. Clothing items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days unworn with tags still attached.
Covid 19 Policy -
Masks are mandatory and must be worn for the duration of your visit. They must fit properly over nose and mouth, if you need a mask kindly let us know ahead of time and we will supply you with one. Hands and phone must be sanitized upon entering. Please reschedule if you feel sick, have traveled (or been in contact with anyone who has) outside of Canada within the past 14 days. Covid-19 waivers will be sent to you upon booking and must be completed prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you limit personal items and that you do not bring a friend or family member with you during this time that does not have a scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy -
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can cancel online through confirmation email, the vagaro app, or by calling us within business hours at 709-552-1092. Late cancellations or reschedules (under 24 hours notice) or no shows will be charged a 50% service fee to the credit card on file.
Group Bookings -
For group bookings (groups of 2 or more) please call in instead of booking online. This will help us serve you better. If you need to reschedule or have any changes in your reservation, please give us 24 notice and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities.
Training Deposits -
Training courses (both online & in person) are non refundable. Course deposits can be transferred to another course or date with notice. Please give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. In the case of a late cancel (under 48 hours) a $200 fee will be charged.
Kids 12+ Policy -
Goldie's environment poses unique dangers to unsupervised children under 12. Due to the presence of hot tools, alcohol, sharp implements, and harsh chemicals we cannot guarantee your child's safety. Thank you for understanding.
Bar Policy -
We are a fully licensed cocktail bar, offering a wide range of cocktails for your enjoyment. We want you to fully relax and enjoy your stay with us so we have a 2 drink maximum policy to ensure guests and staff safety. Please bring a valid ID if you wish to add a drink into your service. 19+
